Who We Are ?

Link for Solutions (LINSOL) is a Somalia and Horn of Africa (HoA) based development consulting firm that provides technical services and innovative solutions to Mission Oriented/Non-Profit Organizations and Aid Agencies, Governmental Institutions, Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) and Inter-Governmental Organizations (IGOs), Private Sector Firms and Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) that operate in Somalia and the HoA Region, with the aim of finding impactful solutions to complex social, economic, environmental, developmental, security and political challenges. LINSOL is a professional and technical services firm capable and well positioned to design, develop, implement and operate varied types and sizes of change-oriented projects and programs for public and private clients in its geographic areas of operation.

The firm was founded and established by a team of multidisciplinary, dynamic former humanitarian and development workers, intellectuals, senior government advisors, IGOs and UN Agencies’ professionals, seasoned agents of change and consultants with wealth of experience in the areas of humanitarian and development, conflict management, peacebuilding and statebuilding assistances; governance and institutional reform, policy-oriented research and analysis, strategy and policy formulation, national development planning, capacity development and needs informed training, project and program management solutions. LINSOL employs diverse staff with varied backgrounds and experiences, as well as broad range of competencies and mix of skills.
Link for Solutions partners with grassroots communities, local, national, regional and international institutions, civil society organizations (CSOs), the private sector, government institutions, international NGOs and UN Agencies.

The firm strives to help institutional clients to make best use of their resources in combating poverty and vulnerability, improve performance and productivity, promote good governance and social accountability, climate change adaptation and institutional reform.
